and she's not in any of them. No new updates to imdb.com at all. And nothing
new on the web that I could find. I'm saddened. She's so beautiful and
so talented. Is she uninterested, or is she just not being given roles?

What to do; what to say now? Why this website? What do I know about Ms. Torell? How does she move me? I would say that most people have never before laid eyes on her. Have you seen Mike Figgis' The Loss of Sexual Innocence? What about his One Night Stand? Most people haven't. I did rent One Night Stand and saw that again. Not bad. Johanna's part is pretty small, but she's very good. She's a doctor caring for Bob Downey Jr who's dying of AIDS.I have, though.
I wondered if she had some sort of relationship with Mike Figgis, as he directed her in her only two films. It should also be noted that Julian Sands was in both of these films. There could be something there...
I saw them both in theatres. Neither are bad. Both are flawed, but interesting. Most of my feelings must come from her performance in The Loss of Sexual Innocence, from earlier this year. According to the Internet Movie Database, Ms. Torell has appeared in no other films or on television.
