Classics, classics, classics and Michael J. Fox movies! From Tony Romero: 1. It's a Wonderful
Life Originally I wrote this: From Tony Romero, and Tony, I don't know who you are. And you haven't responded to my email back to you. I think you might be a prankster. Maybe my brother Steve. Highlander, Spartacus, OUATITW, etc, they all seem related to Steve. And Tony Romero sounds like a name Steve would make up. If you are a real person, here is my real, critique: Wonderful Life is wonderful and Capra's best film. Spartacus is so gay-culture oriented that it almost doesn't stand alone as itself anymore. It was never great, but always good. Good cast. "I am Spartacus!" -- pop culture anthem. Vertigo is great, Back to the Future far from it. Highlander? Hmmmmm. GWTW is a classic, The Usual Suspects is great, haven't seen To Live and Die in L.A., lately, anyway. Sixth Sense if fun, Once Upon a Time in the West is a masterpiece. But now, Tony has gotten back to me; and I really believe him to be a real person! Tony's a cool guy who lives in, Texas, right? Used to live in San Francisco, though! Hey Tony! And Tony asked if he can update his list now and then -- and he can -- and so can you! Submit Yours to tedstrong@tedstrong.com today! |
